Due to changes to our computing infrastructure and required compliance with the UW-Madison Institutional Data Policy, the CoE Student Data System will be discontinued beginning Wednesday, July 6, 2022. To avoid interruptions to your work, we will provide the following support for this transition:

• One-hour virtual drop-in support sessions with Sara Hagen, our Academic Planner & Data Analyst. You are welcome to email Sara (skhagen@wisc.edu) with general questions or fill out a specific data request a day or two before the meeting or just drop in. (Please avoid emailing files with student data - send a Box link instead.)

Campus resources that may help meet your information/data needs:

• Links to campus resources on the CoE Intranet (Sara can help you to preview these and to request access if needed.)
• Create custom, dynamic Google groups/mailing lists that automatically update from campus data based on criteria you set
